1. Kısaca

Crease'in hesabı yoktur. Oyun verin (uçaklar, Kırpıntı, Varak, rekorlar, ayarlar) cihazında saklanır. Satın alımlar Apple üzerinden yapılır ve satın alma kaydı için RevenueCat kullanılır. 13 yaş ve üzeri için, yalnızca sen "izle" düğmesine dokunursan ödüllü video (Google AdMob) gösterilir. 13 yaş altında reklam yazılımı hiç başlatılmaz.

2. Cihazında saklananlar

İlerleme: uçaklar, uçuş geçmişi, rekorlar, Kırpıntı/Varak defteri, yükseltmeler, ayarlar. Cihazdaki uygulama deposunda durur.
Yaş grubu: açılışta yaş kapısı sorulur (çocuk / genç / yetişkin). Yalnızca seçilen grup saklanır; doğum tarihi ya da yaş saklanmaz.
Kimliksiz sayaçlar: oyunun dengesi için günlük toplam sayaçlar cihazda tutulur; dışarı gönderilmez.

3. Satın alımlar (Apple ve RevenueCat)

Ödeme Apple (App Store) ile yapılır; kart bilgilerin bize ya da RevenueCat'e ulaşmaz. Satın alımları doğrulamak, geri yüklemek ve kaydetmek için RevenueCat, Inc. hizmetini kullanırız. RevenueCat'e anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliği (rastgele, e-posta ya da adla ilişkisiz) ve satın alma geçmişin (ürün, zaman, mağaza işlem kimliği) gönderilir. 4. Ödüllü video ve izleme

Ödüllü video Google AdMob ile gösterilir ve yalnızca 13 yaş ve üzeri içindir; yalnızca sen "izle" düğmesine dokunduğunda yüklenir ve oynar. Araya giren ya da zorunlu reklam yoktur.
AB/Birleşik Krallık ve ilgili bölgelerde Google'ın onay formu (UMP) gösterilir; onayını dilediğin zaman Ayarlar > Gizlilik bölümünden değiştirebilirsin.

5. Çocuklar (13 yaş altı)

Yaş kapısı çocuk kovasını belirlerse: reklam yazılımı hiç başlatılmaz, satın alma teklifleri gösterilmez, kişisel veriye dayalı hiçbir özellik açılmaz. Yaş bilinmiyorsa en kısıtlı kova uygulanır. Ebeveynler yaş grubunu Ayarlar'dan güncelleyebilir; satın almadan önce ebeveyn kapısı vardır.

6. Uzaktan ayar

Uygulama, denge ve bayrak ayarlarını crease.harunyazgan.com adresinden imzalı bir dosya olarak indirir (standart HTTP isteği). Bu istekte cihaz kimliği ya da kişisel veri gönderilmez; barındırma sağlayıcısı (Cloudflare) olağan sunucu günlüklerini (IP adresi vb.) kısa süre tutabilir.

7. Destek formu

Destek sayfasında yazdıkların (konu, mesaj, istersen e-posta adresin, dil ve uygulama sürümü) bize ulaşır ve yanıtlamak için saklanır. Kötüye kullanımı sınırlamak için IP adresinin tek yönlü özeti (hash) en çok 30 gün tutulur, IP adresin kendisi saklanmaz. E-posta adresi vermek zorunlu değildir.

8. iCloud (isteğe bağlı, şu an kapalı)

Bu sürümde iCloud senkronu, Game Center ve CloudKit kapalıdır. Açılmadan önce bu metin güncellenir.

9. Haklarını nasıl kullanırsın

Hesap olmadığından silinecek bir hesap yoktur: uygulamayı silmek yerel veriyi siler. RevenueCat'te tutulan anonim kayıt ya da destek mesajın için erişim, düzeltme veya silme (KVKK/GDPR) talebini destek sayfasındaki form ile iletebilirsin. 1. In short

Crease has no account. Your game data (planes, Scraps, Varak, records, settings) stays on your device. Purchases go through Apple and are recorded with RevenueCat. For players aged 13 and over, a rewarded video (Google AdMob) is shown only when you tap "watch". For children under 13 no ad software is ever started.

2. Stored on your device

Progress: planes, flight history, records, the Scraps/Varak ledger, upgrades, settings, kept in the app's on-device store.
Age group: the age gate asks once (child / teen / adult). Only the chosen group is stored, no birth date or age.
Anonymous counters: daily totals for game balance stay on device and are not sent anywhere.

3. Purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)

Payment is handled by Apple (App Store); your card details never reach us or RevenueCat. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to validate, restore and record purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID (random, unrelated to your e-mail or name) and your purchase history (product, time, store transaction ID). We collect no e-mail, name, advertising ID (IDFA) or attribution data. RevenueCat privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

Purchase events that RevenueCat sends to our server (event type, anonymous ID, product, time) are kept for bookkeeping and debugging.

4. Rewarded video and tracking

Rewarded video is served by Google AdMob, only for ages 13 and over, and loads and plays only when you tap "watch". There are no interstitial or forced ads.
In the EU/UK and similar regions Google's consent form (UMP) is shown; you can change your choice any time in Settings > Privacy.
App Tracking Transparency (ATT) is asked only of adults, after our own explainer screen and from the second session on. If you decline, or later turn it off in iOS Settings, ads are not personalised.
In the teen (13-17) bucket ads are always requested non-personalised and flagged as for users under the age of consent; ATT is not asked.
While an ad loads, Google may process device and ad data (Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy).

5. Children (under 13)

If the age gate puts you in the child bucket: no ad software is started, no purchase offers are shown, nothing based on personal data is enabled. If age is unknown the most restrictive bucket applies. Parents can update the age group in Settings; a parental gate precedes purchases.

6. Remote config

The app downloads balance and flag settings from crease.harunyazgan.com as a signed file (a standard HTTP request). No device ID or personal data is sent; the hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep ordinary server logs (IP address etc.) for a short time.

7. Support form

What you type on the support page (subject, message, optionally your e-mail, locale and app version) reaches us and is kept to answer you. To limit abuse a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for at most 30 days; the IP address itself is not stored. Giving an e-mail address is optional.

8. iCloud (optional, currently off)

iCloud sync, Game Center and CloudKit are off in this version. This text will be updated before that changes.

9. Your rights

There is no account to delete: deleting the app deletes local data. For the anonymous record at RevenueCat or your support message you can request access, correction or deletion (GDPR/KVKK) through the form on the support page. Your choices: https://crease.harunyazgan.com/privacy-choices
