Aşağıdaki formu kullan. İşe yarayacak bilgiler: ne olduğunu kısaca anlat, hangi uçakla ya da ekranda olduğunu yaz, uygulama sürümünü (Ayarlar'ın altında) ve iPhone modelini belirt. Satın alma sorunlarında Apple makbuzundaki sipariş numarasını ekle. Şifre, kart bilgisi gibi gizli bilgileri yazma. E-posta adresi isteğe bağlıdır; yazmazsan yanıt veremeyiz.

Sık sorulanlar

• Satın aldığım şey görünmüyor. Ayarlar > Mağaza > Satın alımları geri yükle. Aynı Apple hesabıyla giriş yapmış olmalısın.
• İade istiyorum. İadeler Apple üzerinden yürür: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
• Kırpıntı ve Varak. Kırpıntı oynayarak kazanılır ve satılmaz. Varak kozmetik içindir; uçuşu güçlendirmez. İkisi de gerçek paraya çevrilmez.
• Çocuk kipi. 13 yaş altı için reklam ve satın alma kapalıdır, mağaza satın alma göstermez. Ebeveynler yaş grubunu Ayarlar'dan değiştirebilir.
• Ödüllü video. Her zaman isteğe bağlıdır; bir reklam yüklenmezse düğme görünmez.

When you write to us

Use the form below. Helpful details: a short description of what happened, which plane or screen you were on, the app version (at the bottom of Settings) and your iPhone model. For purchase problems include the order number from Apple's receipt. Do not send passwords or card details. An e-mail address is optional; without it we cannot reply.

Common answers

• My purchase is missing. Settings > Store > Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple account.
• I want a refund. Refunds are handled by Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
• Scraps and Varak. Scraps are earned by playing and are never sold. Varak is for cosmetics and does not make flights stronger. Neither has cash value.
• Child mode. For under 13, ads and purchases are off and the store shows no purchases. Parents can change the age group in Settings.
• Rewarded video. Always optional; if no ad is loaded the button is hidden.
